About
What is Nibfern?
Nibfern is an independent publisher of activity books for adults: realistic coloring books with every drawing printed on its own page and sized for a frame, and fun mystery puzzle books. The books are sold on Amazon.
The coloring books
The Quiet Coloring Series has two books so far, Quiet Ocean and Quiet Winter, with 45 drawings each. Every drawing is realistic, drawn true to the animal or object, and printed on one side of the page only. A light gray shading guide under each drawing shows where the light falls. When a page is finished, it cuts out along a line at the spine to a 7 x 9 inch print that fits a standard 8 x 10 inch frame.
Quiet Ocean and Quiet Winter each come with a free color reference for every drawing in the color guide.
The mystery books
Nobody Leaves the Ice is the first Nibfern Mystery: an advent puzzle book with 24 nights, one logic puzzle a night, and a register of 2,412 suspects to rule out until one name is left on Christmas Eve.
What comes next
More Quiet Coloring books are in the works, with birds, flowers and landscapes next, along with more mysteries and a puzzle series. If there is an animal, flower, place or object you would love to color, tell us: the most requested subjects go into new books. Suggest a subject.
