Pufferfish color reference
Pufferfish live mostly in warm seas, and a few species live in fresh water. When threatened, a pufferfish gulps water and swells into a ball that is hard for a predator to swallow. Many species carry a strong toxin in their bodies.
Colors to reach for
Pufferfish vary, but a common look is a yellow-tan or olive back with dark spots, fading to a white belly, with large dark eyes.
